What's New in Imprivata Access Intelligence 26.4
New Features and Enhancements
With this release, we continue to focus on improvements to your user experience and increasing productivity through faster responsiveness and workflow enhancements. Additionally, we are reinforcing supportability to reduce down times and make the platform even more reliable.
Report Portfolios
With this release, customers can now create custom Report Portfolios for Ad Hoc reporting. Like Governance Portfolios, Report Portfolios allow users to group together sets of related reports that are often run together during ad hoc investigation requests. These reports can be formatted to accept parameters for commonly used filters such as User ID, Patient ID, or Event Timestamps, allowing them to be run as a collection without editing individual reports. Report Portfolios will run asynchronously and results will be presented to users in the Saved Results section of the Reports screen, with a notification via email and the in-app notification icon when ready.
Summarized Access Reports
Beginning with 26.2, users can now build summarized Access Reports. Summarized reports enable more advanced use cases for Access data, including:
-
Trending User or Department risk over time
-
Visually identifying user and patient proximity with mapping configuration
-
More efficient High Access reporting utilizing Explanations and Risk Factors
Future updates will include the ability to schedule summarized Access Reports as Enforced Policies or Dashboard reports. If you have any questions on how to configure Access Reports, please reach out to your Imprivata account team or email Success@imprivata.com.
